Set your team size above and the page picks the plan and shows your exact price. Solo is for one person running their business. Team starts at 2 people who need to work together. Business starts at 5 people and adds reporting, workload, and cost tracking, so at 5 people the page moves you to Business automatically. For 50+ people or several companies, ask about Enterprise.
Monthly plans are priced per account: Team is $39 a month for 2 users, and Business is $99 a month for 5 users. Each additional user is $20 a month. Annual billing is $199 per user per year, charged upfront — for example $398 a year for 2 people, or $995 for 5. Solo is $199 a year, on annual billing only. Prices are in US dollars (USD) and don’t include applicable taxes.
BizAI and AI agents use credits as they work. Longer and more complex requests use more credits than quick ones. Each paid user adds 10,000 credits a month to one allowance your organization shares, so a 3-person team has 30,000 to use between them. The allowance renews every month, and unused credits don’t carry over. If it runs out, AI features pause until it renews. Everything else keeps working.
Previewing any template is free. Each download, copy to Drive, or opening a template to edit counts as one download. The 100 free templates never count. Annual plans have no monthly limit. Monthly plans under 10 users get 20 downloads per user every 30 days, shared by the team, so a 3-person team shares 60. On the Free plan, you can download the 100 free templates.
Yes, from your account settings. On annual billing, you pay only for the rest of your current year when you add someone. When you remove someone, your next bill reflects the smaller team; the current period isn’t refunded. Your plan follows your team size, so reaching 5 people moves you from Team to Business.
The Free plan needs no payment and no credit card. Paid plans are charged upfront: every month on monthly billing, or once a year on annual billing. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Cancelling stops your plan from renewing. There’s no cancellation fee, and you keep full access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that, your workspace becomes read-only until you renew.
