Saved me THOUSANDS as a small business owner!

I'm an entrepreneur with more than one small business and I'm a landlord. This software pays itself off with one use if you think about it, it saves you from having to retain an attorney to draft up simple documents. For a point of reference, go to LegalZoom and act as if you're about to cash out for a contract (articles of incorporation, lease agreement, anything like that), then look at the cost of Business‑in‑a‑Box...

I bought Business‑in‑a‑Box for that exact reason, I was paying an attorney about $300 (or more) every time I needed a document drafted up. I found Business‑in‑a‑Box while looking into whether or not it was possible for a non-attorney to draft up "legal documents".

If you plan on paying an attorney to draft up a legal document, starting a business, renting out a property or anything that requires specialized documents it is beyond obvious that this is a tool worth having.

There are more document templates in here than I could use in an entire lifetime. It over time was something I had begun to take for granted. I just bought a new PC, and reached out to Business‑in‑a‑Box to ask how to transfer my license key, this is an issue I've run into a lot with purchasing a new work PC.

This is verbatim MY response to THEIR response: "Thank you. That was some of the most helpful customer service I've ever seen with something like that."

I felt compelled to put in a good word for them because out of 6 license keys I needed transferred to my new PC, they are the only one who responded to my support ticket immediately. Their response was step by step instructions with a record of my license key.

Their customer service is what compelled me to write this review but the software deserves it with or without the customer service.

I would like to pay tribute to Marie-Josée Brault, who handled my problem with speed, efficiency, and in a cordial and comprehensive manner. Excellent customer service which regretfully is rare today in many businesses.

In addition, I believe the product Business-in-a-box is a top class product, one I have used extensively over some years now, and have recommended same to many colleagues who likewise have benefitted therefrom.

I have recently purchased a Business‑in‑a‑Box licence.

Believe me, it was not a decision I came to lightly, as I am based in Africa, and our exchange rate is anything but favourable against the USD. However, after doing my due diligence (i.e. reviewing the BiaB product offering, installing and reviewing the trial version, following up on online reviews, and then reaching out to the BiaB team with some questions), I am fully convinced that it is worth the investment.

Their response time was superb, the communication professional and friendly, and their support excellent.

I have already started using one of the many business plan and NDA templates, and have found it immensely useful thus far.

(The only reason I am not giving them a 5/5 rating is because I've not used more of the Business‑in‑a‑Box product offering as yet.)

Past entrepreneur and now a key employee that deals with management, HR, marketing and mostly project leader with more than 3 years using this software wich pays itself off within 1 use if you think about it, it saves you from having to retain an attorney to draft up simple documents.
